Texas Whitetail Breeding

Broseco Ranch is home to some of the best whitetail deer genetics in Texas.  The foundation herd was purchased from the High, Wide and Heavy Whitetails breeding program that has a high percentage of northern genetics. 

The production from this herd will be used to stock the intensively managed trophy hunting preserve and also to infuse these genetics into the native herd managed under open range conditions. Broseco is home to some trophy native whitetail and the plan is continue this heritage by infusing outside superior genetics to make them even better.
