Tom Woodward is the general manager of Broseco Ranch and vice president of Broventure Company Inc.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in livestock production and a PhD in reproduction.  He served in various positions with Texas A&M for thirteen years and then managed the Ranch and Farm Management Department of Texas American Bank for eight years prior to joining Broseco full time in 1989.  Tom has served in a number of industry organizations as chairman of various committees for the National Cattlemens Beef Association, director and chairman of the board of Ranchers Renaissance, director and vice president of the Red Angus Association of America, director of the Texas and Southwestern Catlteraiser’s Association, director and honorary vice president of the Southwestern Livesock Show and Rodeo, a non resident fellow for the Noble Foundation, and various other civic activities.

Tom and his wife, Pat, live near Decatur, Texas and have two married sons and three grandchildren.  Most of their time is spent with their church, their grandchildren and their herd of Red Angus cows.

Amy Ashley is Administrative Assistant for Broseco Ranch.  She came to the ranch in 1992 and manages the office, maintains all ranch records, manages the incoming bills, coordinates ranch activities, and many other task too numerous to mention.  She is an integral member of our management team and the glue that holds us together.  Amy is very skilled on the computer and the record keeping processes that are all computerized.

Amy has two married children and two grandchildren.  Her time is spent with family, church and other civic activities.

Zach Willeford is the Wildlife Biologist for Broseco Ranch.  He came to the ranch in 2011 after having served in several other game management positions for the past 10 years.  Zach is a graduate ofStephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Forest and Wildlife Management.

Zach lives on the ranch with his wife and two sons.  He is active in his church and is also involved with youth sports.  Zach is a lifetime member of the Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society and has dedicated his life to wildlife conservation.  He looks forward to guiding you on your next hunting adventure.
